  Poor service. Manager should be retrained or fired. Place was completely empty customer wise with kiosk ordering only. Food was cold, Nacho Bell Grande looked to have been premade as the chips were already soggy, Dorito taco thrown in the bag with toppings scattered, for a to go order, no napkins, forks, or pre-ordered sauces at kiosk placed in the bag. Laziness.

  Store is always slow, multiple times I have gone in the lobby and been completely ignored for about 10 minutes because they only focus on the drive through. Food is cold sometimes, and employees are not friendly.Not to mention management, it goes to show that management clearly is failing miserably.

  No humans taking orders inside or at the drive thru so weird there is too much noise interference for an AI voice bot to take orders....not a smart move that's for sure...And you have to use a computer to make your order inside now. The food wasn't that great either tortillas were not cooked and the soft tacos were cold too 🤮 not worth it at all...37$ for my child and I. I mean I can sit at a real Mexican Restaurant and pay less.. also we ordered some things that I would need a fork to eat with no forks were provided the napkin dispenser was empty and the drink dispenser area needs a good wipe down. There was soda all over. I do not blame the staff but upper management we got a problem.

  The drive thru here is pretty fast and they always do a good job of getting your order right.

  There were three of us and no one was in the restaurant. We went to the register to order and a employee asked if we were going to order and we said yes. She asked us if we know how to use the kiosk and we said no, so she helped us. Then another employee was filling the medium lids and she told one of us that we couldn't use our thermos because it was considered cross contamination , however in the photo she is dusting above the food and prep area. We want be back to this place.
