  I used the Taco Bell app to place my drive-thru order—something the company provides for customers. The employee at the window acted like I’d committed a crime: closed the window on me, called me “difficult,” and I overheard cussing in the back. The manager said nothing to address this unprofessional behavior. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way for using the tools the restaurant offers. Management needs to fix this. The food wasn’t even hot. I’m so confused on the issue as they also were not busy!

  Donna super nice. At 12:12 5th March she met me with a great sir you need some help. She continued to answer my questions and again was working at same time helping me. Great employee
