  I stopped by this sonic while in town and they always have fresh food. I live in KY and the surrounding Sonics do not even compare to the Gallatin locations. I do not mind driving to this location when I want Sonic. My burger was great, fries cooked fresh, and the service was fantastic. Greeted with a smile. Thank you for fresh food and friendly service!! ❤

  I arrived at Sonic at 8:54 and was able to place my order on the app. The lights were on and the store appeared open. At 8:58, an employee came out to let me know they wouldn’t fill my order as they closed at 9 pm. The store did not have a mechanism to refund me for the $25 order. It is now on me to dispute the charge. Very disappointing.
