- CPchristopher phelps2 days ago1.0Worst mcdonald's in Gallatin, how do you accept an order, pulled the order then refuse to make it when you arrive after paying on the app. While staffs standing outside lazy unprofessional and disrespectful then have the nerve to 24 hour refund then repay for the order again.

The patties were so overcooked like leather and so salty. Couldn’t even eat it. And back to those fries. NO salt. What is wrong with this place. And then I attempted to contact McDonalds after they replied to my review. Apparently they would like your first born child to identify you!!! Fish fil A - Do different McDonald's get different fish for the fish fil a? This is the second time I have gotten a Fish Fil A there and it is the second time it has looked funny and tasted metallic. I do fancy myself as being quite the fish fil A Expert. LOL Station Camp's FFA - EXCELLENT. Indian Lakes FFA - EXCELLENT. Main Street (Gallatin) EXCELLENT. GREENSBORO (HORRIBLE almost every time) And Lord don't get me started on the fries...... TO SALT OR NOT SALT To COOK OR NOT COOK I have no idea how this one stays open.

- RRRobinMar 29, 20261.0i’m a frequent McDonald’s customer and decided to try a new location today, I received this sad excuse for a shamrock shake and politely asked for it to be remade (because it is literally white and not green) I was refused by the manager after already paying so I had no choice but to accept this sad excuse for a shamrock shake. it wouldn’t bother me if it was just the color, but the flavor and color are all in one syrup so they go hand-in-hand. …i’ve gotten many before and i’ve never had one where the whipped cream and the shake are indistinguishable from each other
