The girl who took my order was wonderful. I wanted a sandwich that wasnt on the menu but she was able to ring it up so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. It truly hit the spot. I wish I got her name. She deserves to be recognized for outstanding service.

I always hesitated to go in since it always seems empty. But I decided one day to go in with my family and to my surprise this place was nice and clean so was the bathroom. Food was fresh and so were the buns that the burgers came in. Aside from the leaders being on the phone in the front counter for a while (maybe go to your office) people seem asphyxiated with phones nowadays ….

Went to this restaurant for lunch recently and the staff was very friendly. The food was hot and fresh and brought to the table and they even cleaned up our trays for us when we were done. It was also very clean and well maintained will attend again I also liked how they displayed the kids coloring pages on the wall and provided that for the children while they wait. And also some of us adults.

I am not saying that this specific location is bad in general or has any bad aspects.
However my experience was not great at all, don't get me wrong the staff wore gloves and they were very accommodating and kind, however it was the food that was the issue.
I thought for my first time at a Whataburger I may order something that I feel like I would like there and that's why I decided to order the patty melt. It tasted good and was handmade however I have a reason to believe that it may have been contaminated with something that caused me to have an immediate intestinal reaction that would probably disgust the average person, and sadly I don't think I'll forget about it. I believe it has to do with the patty melt and whether it was cooked for or the way it was cooked.
For me personally this is a horrible first impression of a Whataburger, and I will probably not return to any of the locations, and again I want to say again I'm not immediately blaming the staff or the very courteous gentleman at the window. My review is just based on the food alone, other than that 5 stars.
