- RLRick LongstrethNov 30, 20253.0Food is decent... Like most Taco Bell stores. I'm knocking off a couple stars because of employee issues. I've only been to this location 4 times. I roll by on my way home every morning. The first issue happened last week when I ordered on the app (steak breakfast burrito) and when I got to the intercom and gave my name I was told that the meat wasn't ready yet and was asked if I'd be okay with potatoes as a substitute for the steak. Because I was in a hurry to get home, it would be fine. Mind you I was still charged full price for steak but I let it go. Next issue occurred this morning. Same scenario but when I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were running "a little late" opening. I told them it wasn't an issue that just put my vehicle in park to wait. The employee came back on the speaker and told me that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and asked me to find a parking space so that when they did finally open I could join whatever line formed at the speaker and wait some more. At that point I cancelled my order on the app and went to McDonald's. I'll give them another chance in a few months. I know how difficult it is to find good help today. Perhaps at that time they will have people who can actually open the store and be ready for customers at 7am.
