  Only kiosks no person working a register inside. When food was ready they didn’t even announce it. Just set bag on counter and walked away. Food was good. Clean /new environment

  This new location would be nice, except... A manager was presenting an unprofessional butt chewing meeting in the middle of the dining area and being quite disrespectful to the customers present by forcing them to listen to her megaphone voice while berating the staff. This should have never been seen or heard by customers trying to relax and enjoy a meal. As a local guide, I do not recommend that anyone goes to this location until the manager receives proper management training or is replaced. I will definitely be eating at one of the other locations in the future.

  The newer Taco Bells are so cold and uninviting, the staff have a really poor attitude and act like they are being forced to be there.the food was just ok, and was not what I ordered. Not real sure were the disconnect is but I placed two orders and both orders contained stuff that I hadn't ordered. You have a long way to go to get a 5 star review. I will most likely be back to see if your workers clap on and get with the program.

  Went in at 9pm to pick up a mobile order and they just never made it. I let them know I was there and waited 30 minutes before finally leaving and canceling the order.

  Food is decent... Like most Taco Bell stores. I'm knocking off a couple stars because of employee issues. I've only been to this location 4 times. I roll by on my way home every morning. The first issue happened last week when I ordered on the app (steak breakfast burrito) and when I got to the intercom and gave my name I was told that the meat wasn't ready yet and was asked if I'd be okay with potatoes as a substitute for the steak. Because I was in a hurry to get home, it would be fine. Mind you I was still charged full price for steak but I let it go. Next issue occurred this morning. Same scenario but when I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were running "a little late" opening. I told them it wasn't an issue that just put my vehicle in park to wait. The employee came back on the speaker and told me that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and asked me to find a parking space so that when they did finally open I could join whatever line formed at the speaker and wait some more. At that point I cancelled my order on the app and went to McDonald's. I'll give them another chance in a few months. I know how difficult it is to find good help today. Perhaps at that time they will have people who can actually open the store and be ready for customers at 7am.
