I wasn't even greeted when I came in. Sadly, I will never come back here and my opinion on Papa John's has soured. From the other reviews I've seen this is a common issue. Someone really needs to show these people the right way to take care of their customers.

When he got there they couldn't find my cheese so they ask him if he could wait 7 minutes, which turned out to be 10 or longer. They tried to make me a new one I guess which was as thin as a piece of paper that tasted AWFUL!! The crust was so hard that I had to get it off or it would have broken my Teeth. Not only did they give mine away they half way made a new one if you want to call it pizza but also charged us for it. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND IF ASK I WILL TELL PEOPLE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Ate a couple of pieces then had to throw the rest away.
