- ALAngel Lynch504Nov 17, 20253.0I have been coming to this location for years and always usually got the same sandwich and always been treated with respect but tonight I have to say I felt like I was the biggest inconvenience to them I had to repeat what I wanted at the speaker three times to try to make sure that I would get the accuracy of my order at the window then when that didn't happen there was rolling in the eyes and I just felt like I was an inconvenience like they were mad at me because they didn't put my extra items in the bag I have to say that I was shocked to be treated this way and if that's how it's going to be I'll just go to the one in Hendersonville from now on not very cool at all when you pay $15 for a sandwich and you ask for things on the side that's what you expect to get not nasty attitudes rolling of eyes and people handing things to you quickly at the window and then slamming it because they're busy that's uncalled for not very good customer service at all
