At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

AND GUESS WHAT IT WAS 5$ for a kids meal which included a drink, a full sized bbq sandwich and 1 side. my bf got ribs and they were very good. If you go you have to try the BANANA PUDDIN ITS TO DIE FOR UGH I WILL HAVE DREAMS ABOUT IT, anyways. We will be back soon!
