I decided to place the order in person at the branch. Someone took my order and asked me to come back in 20 minutes. My wife returned after 30 minutes, and I found that they had not started cooking my food yet. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and requested a receipt. When I asked for proof of my transaction, the young, inexperienced manager said they could not provide one. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will never go back.

Literally waited over 25 minutes today for my carry out order and they shorted me my marinara sauce. The lady with all the pins on her hat that works there with glasses is probably the worst out of all of them, bad bad attitude.
