Two things: the service is good and the people are friendly but I think whoever manages the scheduling doesn't staff appropriately because it just seems hectic sometimes, like staff running from place to place. And, they frequently have live music but they have no idea how to set the volume so that you can talk with the people who you are with. I get that more than likely the person performing is managing their equipment but maybe get it under control? I've definitely had the "I wouldn't mind going to Awedaddy's tonight but I don't feel like having music blasted at me" conversation with my wife.
