At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

I had the brisket tacos, the meat was deliciosly smoky and the crispy jalapenos and diced tomatoes were a very unique combination that my tastebuds loved! My husband had the smashburger. it was simple, very few ingredients, but the beef was the star of the show. I kept stealing bites of his burger! The banana pudding was a sweet surprise to end the meal. I highly recommend this place!
