There were 2 employees sitting in the parking lot in their cars but the place still wasn’t open. I got up early so I could stop and get my rebel energy on my way to work. Waited 30 minutes, the employees were still sitting in their cars. I couldn’t chance being late to work so I left. If they are supposed to be open at 5am on a Friday, then why are they just sitting there in their cars? And if they aren’t supposed to be open at 5am, this needs to be changed both on Google and in the app. Ridiculous.
- NTnatthan turnerMar 9, 20261.0ive tried this bros 3 times now and its been mediocre at best and thats being nice. all 3 times asked for caramel on the cup and got it 0 times. the mixture is always off compared to the bros across town. the ppl are always nice but that can only go so far. I tried this one at different times of the day and still nothing compared to the other. ill drive an extra 7mins from now on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

My birthday was last week and normally I’d get my birthday drink that day but unfortunately I was sick so I came to get my birthday drink today instead and the staff was SO nice. They made me a special birthday cup and it really made my day. Being sick last week took a lot out of me & im finally feeling better & the staff was awesome. My drink was delicious (try the cookie mocha if you haven’t already).

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
