I’m paying for extras and I never get them. I’m just gonna have to stop going there because they act like I’m the problem when I’m paying for something and never getting it. Even had a girl tossing her hair around and it landed in my drink and I said I don’t want that your hair was in it and all they were concerned about was her hair and cleaning her hair and then thankfully they poured the drink out and made me another one but Again, the drink wasn’t right. And it’s a simple drink. The only thing extra that I add to. It is a caramel drizzle and they never give me a caramel drizzle. I pay for it. This morning because I went when I was supposed to because the person next to me was still ordering and I’ve already ordered and I was told to go ahead. I get up there. They have the wrong order I said no no no that’s not mine and then they make a big point to say That I was out of line and got there early and that they need to hurry up and make mine. I was not out of line. I went just like I was supposed to.

However, yesterday the line continued to grow people just kept pulling up every second. It looked like Hannah was in there by herself. She had such a great attitude, even with the line that continued to grow. She remained calm and made everything perfectly. Thank you, Hannah and the rest of the crew from this location for having such a great attitudes Every time I come!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
