I stood by the counter for several minutes (even had the lid off my cup) and was never adressed or approached. Number 2 is a minor thing: asked for chic fil a sauce (it was also in the receipt) and I got none in the bag. Almost cant ever go wrong with Chic-Fil-A, but this experience lacked slightly.
