    Tried to place my order and the African American that was clearly in management kept cutting me off as I tried to order. Then gaslighted me by being rude. She wanted me to be quiet and let her ask the questions. She could not comprehend curly fries and diet coke. It's rude to cut off the customer. She was talking to her employees rude when I went to window

    Everyone was so nice and helpful. A wonderful place with good food but atmosphere very good. Loved it!

    We pulled up to the drive thru and waited about five minutes before we were greeted with "Welcome to Arby's, can you please hold a minute" then we waited two more minutes. The food was great once we got it. Maybe they were short-handed. It's hard to tell in the drive thru.
