Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Worst experience we have ever had at any fast food restaurant! Ordered in drive thru and they gave us a banana pudding shake instead of chocolate, and she replaced it.... great! Then we park to eat and my wife's burger was totally incorrect. So I take it in and show them, then I write down how she wanted it. Worker takes the paper to the back and I wait. Manager brings burger and apologized, great! Manager brings burger out and I ask, is it correct? She replied "I hope so"! So I said, I'll check it while you're here. Burger was made right, but a complete mess..... ketchup & mayonnaise all over the bun and wrapper. I said it's correct, but it looks horrible. She just said, Great! And walks away! Do better whattaburger! Pics of the 3rd burger below, I didn't think to get pics of the first 2. Fast food service has gone downhill horribly! The manager should never let a burger leave looking that way after so many issues

Food was subpar. There was an employee at the counter talking loudly on speakerphone, the whole restaurant could hear her. The manager saw her and didn’t bother to address this. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

This location is going to have to figure it out, and it might need new management. Consistently 25+ minute wait times and many frustrated customers with wrong orders or missing items. This is not the Whataburger experience I have had from other locations.

Waited for 25 min to get a barely warm hamburger and onion rings. Order was wrong. Ordered plain , ticked says that, FULLY LOADED. Everyone around me is saying last time they will come in and management is Absolutely unapologetically for the wait. This is a mess!!!

Sigh…. Finally get some hot fries, but my burger was made wrong. The ketchup guy was very confused when I brought it to his attention. By the time they remade it correctly my fries were cold. Apple pie was not fresh. Don’t expect the McDonald’s ones from the 80’s. Come here with low expectations.
Night and day from our new In N Out. They are a well oiled machine.
