  Ugly bagel has great bagels and I am from New York normally I do Sunday bagels but we couldn’t wait and went on Saturday instead and staff very friendly

  The asiago bagel pairs well with ham/cheese/egg but I do wish there was an ordering option for less than normal amount of cream cheese. I prefer to light amount but delicious still just kinda messy.

  Good.bagels and we needed another bagel vs Einsteins. Price is typical for the cool springs area eventhough, it is.expensive. from time to.time.i.would come back. I enjoy supporting local vs the big Chains. Would love to.see them when.franklin gets its.new outside outlet mall.in.the near future
