  Ordered from their BOGO offer - 2 large bbq sauced pepperoni pizzas. The pizza has absolutely no sauce 😭. I called the location and because I ordered through UberEats I need to go through their app if I wanted a refund or have it remade. 😶

  I ordered two large pizzas, cheese bread, and a brownie. Everything was hot and fresh. The cheese sticks are my favorite on a pastry like dough and a buttery cheese oh, so, delicious mouth-watering masterpiece. The pizzas were hot, and the cheese covered the entire pizza, except the crust, which was exceptionally good.The brownie well, with ice cream, needs no explanation. My wait time was typical for a busy dinner time. I order there exclusively.

  Came in from out of town staying at the Hyatt. Ordered a pizza to be delivered so we could eat in. Confusion ensued and we didn't get our pizza. Long story short-Mark made us a fresh pizza, delivered it quickly, and didn't charge us and would not accept a tip. Way to go Mark and Papa John's! Great customer service especially to an out of towner!!!

  Pizza is awesome. Had made a statement that the online ordering system does not allow our address to be entered which renders online ordering useless. A definite inconvenience when you are ordering pizza every two weeks.
