  I had an excellent experience at the Panera Bread on Columbia Ave in Franklin! We ordered the kids mac and cheese which was creamy, my wife ordered the Caesar salad, tomato soup and chicken salad, and lastly, I ordered the new chicken sandwich on a bagel. I tried something new and honestly it was amazing. Overall, I was very pleased with the food and it reinvigorated my interest in Panera. Time to try some other locations. When we were done a few people came and offered to pick up out dirty dishes which I thought were very nice and we were always greeted with a smile. The staff seemed to enjoy each other’s company and chatted within themselves. I noticed how clean, bright, and welcoming the space was. The staff truly stood out during my visit. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and efficient, even though it was a fairly busy time. It’s clear they work hard to keep things running smoothly, and it definitely shows. My order was handled quickly and came out exactly right, which I always appreciate. Everything tasted great, and the presentation was spot on. You can tell they take pride in maintaining consistency and quality. What really made this location special, though, was the overall experience. The dining area was well-maintained, the pickup process was organized, and everything just felt easy and stress-free. It’s one of those places where you can relax and enjoy your time without any hassle. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and would happily recommend it to anyone in the area!

  We live walking distance to this Panera. I will not go here again if the bathrooms and the floors are as filthy as they were this morning. Our ciabatta breakfast sandwich tasted weird also.

  Food was excellent. They turned the fireplace on for us. Nice little quiet restaurant for dinner.

  I ordered online and it was ready pretty quickly. Tasted good, but they forgot a lot of things. There should have been extra sauce on the side and croutons for my soup. Just little things, but things that would have made it go from good to great.
