  After traveling the trace I cut through Bellevue going to Nashville VA and this is where I normally stop for a quick breakfast bathroom stop and they always will make fresh coffee

  So I went into this store at 1020 in order a sausage mcgriddle combo. Apparently the sausage mcgriddle combo doesn't exist anymore The lady Tracy in the drive through was extremely rude. I ask questions, and she act like she didn't have the time or the patients to explain anything to me. She completely stopped talking to me while I'm in the drive through. I had to go inside the store to get an explanation on the combo. She shouldn't be working in the drive through.Because she doesn't have any customer relations skills. Someone like that with a rude attitude.And a short, very short with customers when they have questions about the menu changes should not be working a drive through, tracy is rude and she needs to be demoted to a position that she's where she's not communicating with customers. I had to talk to the supervisor I'm pretty sure her name was Evelyn. She was nice. She explained what happen. I have no issues with her. But Tracy is a terrible worker. She needs to be retrained and somebody need to teach her customer relations. If she's going to be working the drive through terrible service

  Went inside to order. This is a Spanish-only restaurant. (?) They have a designated English speaking employee who struggles but manages to get my food request. Food was McDonalds quality, just what you’d expect, but the atmosphere tells me something different and not good. What ever happened to the idea of Assimilation and learning the local language? For thousands of years, you travel to a foreign land and step #1 was learn the local language. All cultures around the globe did this. Assimilation; it’s basic respect.
