And they’re sneaky with it too because they make you pull around so the cameras don’t catch how lazy these people are. This is ridiculous. Staff doesn’t even know basic manners. When someone says hello, try saying hello back, or just any words in general at this point. I go inside to check after 25 minutes and they’re just sitting there doing nothing. My order was on the screen and they hadn’t even started it.

As I’m pulling out an employee with a headset is in the dinning room playing on their phone. You can make this up. How this place is in business I have no idea.

And for about $8, it is a far better bargain than Shake Shack or Five Guys. Today, at this Franklin location was no exception. It was just as delicious as every other Dave’s Double I’ve had. My service was pretty good, but I’m taking a star away because I witnessed an employee being short and rude to another customer just because the customer was asking about her order. Not cool.
