They couldn’t help me. Now we have to drive 15 to pick up cold food. I’m now at that location and asked for warm food. Since mine is COLD and been sitting on the counter for 14 minutes. They made all the other orders before mine then took the box and wouldn’t even give me a Taco Bell box for the food. This meal was for my special needs child who loves the box. Total fail Taco Bell. One and done on Taco Bell app. I’m out. It sucks along with their faulty app.

To the point, i couldn't eat it. It just fell apart and was a complete disgusting mess. All while the woman working the counter was eating food with bare hands. Pray I dont end up sick. Won't come back to this location again.
