  I literally have no idea what is going on here this evening (3/1/2026 at 10:30pm) but it's despicable. Order was wrong not once but TWICE; even after going inside to rectify the first order, the second order was wrong. The beef taco had the scarcest amount of meat in it. You may as well have just given us cheese and a taco shell. Not a single item in the order was correct except for the dessert items. Two spicy potato soft tacos turned into a cheese and chicken taco and a bean and cheese burrito. This location was reported to corporate.

  Every time I go to this place the staff is pissed off or there is a line around the building. If you hate your job that bad quit. Didn’t give me my fire sauce, no napkins, and had to remind them i was missing my drink.

  I’m going through the drive thru, only car in line picking up my mobile order, they make me pull around to the front door to make their drive thru time look faster for corporate, and then they still, without a timer ticking down, messed up my food. Specifically says on my mobile order NO BEANS NO SOUR CREAM, and somehow the employee read that as add black beans to something that doesn’t even get black beans in the first place, half my order ruined when they literally had all the time in the world to make it right. Put some care into people’s food, it’s not that hard!

  The most rude and dirty man taking orders at 11PM on Friday the 21st. How can you not ask your staff to take a shower or trim their fingernails before they serve people food. The literal longest wait I ever remember at a Taco Bell and the slopiest most disgusting quesadillas I've ever seen.

  This spot used to be my favorite Taco Bell in Franklin. This evening I spent $50 to eat with my family. All was BAD. Missing items, all the food was badly prepared (wrong ingredients, poorly prepared, poorly packaged,...). Unfortunately this is my last time visiting this spot.
