- CWchristopher wisemanFeb 17, 20231.0Had the worst experience in this location. Stopped by to order sandwiches for my entire family and use their BOGO promotion. I was informed that I needed to place the order in the app which I sat in the store and did....The orders took the money out of my account but they didn't show up in store....when I brought this to the staff members attention, he informed me that he had no orders and "sorry, I can't help you". Even after I showed him the money having been taken out...no manager...no competence....pure insanity! The absolute worst customer service ever!
