    Very good service and the food was very fresh. I know it can sometimes vary by location. We were definitely sad to see the subway close near us off of Cool springs. Staff was very friendly.

    I went to pick up my order and the guy was rude. He wouldn't give me my order. He refused to let me know to put the food in the bag. He told me, "For such a small order, um, we don't give it to you. The bag is very rude."

    This is the worst location ( Franklin, TN - drive thru on 1212 Murfreesboro) I have EVER been to. And I 've been to ALOT in different states as well. I work nearby so it is convenient and so I have tried a few times thinking each time hopefully it would be better. 1. EVERY time I order - they fill the majority of the sandwich with lettuce. 2. The order is NEVER correct. Something is always left off. 3. They SMASH the sandwich so hard like they are strangling the life out of it. 4. Every visit - a different sandwich and they just are a pitiful representation of a sub. I will NEVER go back to this location. Opportunities given. Lesson learned. This is why I prefer Firehouse.
