- NMNermeen MinaNov 9, 20251.0Worst Subway experience ever at CoolSprings Mall in Franklin. They overcharged me and made me pay for a 12-inch sandwich even though I only ordered a 6-inch. The two girls working there were extremely rude with zero customer service, and the food was terrible. Everything about this place was disappointing. I do NOT recommend anyone to eat there or deal with those employees. Never coming back.

One star! You don’t deserve to have a 4 or even 5 star location, so if I can give you a one star to bring your rating down, I’m going to. Bad business!
