On January 26, I placed and PAID for an order through the app during a snowstorm. I drove through dangerous weather conditions to pick up my food, only to arrive and find the restaurant completely CLOSED with no notice, no cancellation, and no communication. They charged my card and gave me absolutely nothing in return. Since then, I have submitted multiple complaints and called several times. No refund. No follow-up. No responsibility. Every time I contact them, I receive empty promises and zero action. At this point, this is not just bad service — it is completely irresponsible and unacceptable to take a customer’s money and refuse to fix the issue. The manager was supposed to contact me personally regarding my refund and never did. This location clearly has no respect for customers, their time, or their money. ⚠️ Public warning: be extremely careful ordering from this branch. Due to their negligence and lack of accountability, you risk being charged and receiving nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this location entirely. I will continue escalating this issue to corporate and filing formal complaints until my money is returned.

Limp fries, tasteless sausage biscuits, greasy and odd tasting hash browns. I kept trying. They kept disappointing. Save yourself the trouble. What you are craving isn't there.
