  When you have to ask them to make your sandwich after you’ve ordered cuz they’re busy watching transformers on an iPad, you know you’ll e hit rock bottom for customer service. This place is on another level of dysfunctional.

  We placed a large catering delivery order for the wrong date. It was 30 minutes before our event before we realized the mistake. When we called Jimmy John's, they said they could pull the order together when needed if we could pick it up. They saved the day and were cheerful in the process!
