I’ve been going to the store for years. Today (friday 12/12) I went at 2:30. The place closes at 4. Door was locked but I saw employees inside. There were no closed signs, so I figured maybe they’re were only working through the drive through. That wasn’t the case either. When I drove all the way around, the kids that work there were walking out the back door and just stared at me.
Just wondering why they were leaving work at 2:30 instead 4 when the store closes??

It’s almost like they think they’re not charging $5 for a bagel with barely any cream cheese. I had to spread it around to make it look less sad

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE DISCRIMINATION: ILLEGAL DENIAL OF ACCESS TO A SERVICE DOG
(1/5 - Only because zero stars isn't an option)
I am writing this review to warn every member of the public—especially those in the disability community—to avoid this Einstein Bros Bagels location at all costs.
This establishment is in clear violation of federal law and harbors deeply discriminatory practices. During my recent visit, the owner/manager rudly approached me and demanded that I remove my legitimate service dog from the premises.
The specific and illegal reason given for denial of service was that my service dog was not wearing a vest. We had the papers. When I tried to talk to him and show him the laws he told me he didn't care and would call the cops. To avoid drama we left.
Let me be unequivocally clear: Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are NOT required to wear a vest, patch, or any identifying gear whatsoever. Furthermore, a business is NOT allowed to ask for documentation or demand a demonstration of the service animal’s task. The only basis for denying entry is if the dog is out of control or not housebroken—neither of which applied to my professionally trained service dog.
This is not a matter of a simple mistake or misunderstanding; this is outright discrimination and a serious violation of civil rights guaranteed by federal law. The owner's complete ignorance of, or blatant disregard for, the ADA demonstrates a hostile environment for people with disabilities.
You cannot trust a business that knowingly or carelessly violates federal law and denies access to disabled patrons who rely on their service animals for safety and independence.
Do not spend your money here. Choose a business that respects the law and the disabled community

Need to understand the definition of 'toasted' which does NOT mean holding the bagel over a cigarette lighter for ten seconds. That single complaint aside, food was good (aside from being barely toasted), and the gal at the drive thru window was super friendly.
