This morning, I purchased two large containers of gourmet bagels for my brother’s and sister’s families (and myself). I was so pleased by the wonderful, warm and welcoming attitudes of the staff!!! They were AMAZING — and your bagels are heavenly! Thank you for such a great experience!!! I’ll be back!

Edit Owner, After the 3 incorrect order 3 days no I’ll never come back there, it took a week of emails, chatbots, and you wasting my time to get my money back after you messed up my order, there was also an insinuations they I threw a bag threw the incorrect order threw the windows when I spoke to the district manager, I called and said I’m bringing my order back I’d like a refund the girl / woman that answered the phone said “ok” when I brought my order back everyone seem surprised.
