At Edley's Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked tow and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host-one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.
Overall, customers praised the food quality, especially the brisket, pulled pork, and various sides, although some noted inconsistencies in preparation and seasoning.

Love this place. Great staff, food, and atmosphere. The fried ribs and brisket tacos are my favorites but never had a bad meal here. Brisket Chili and Baked Beans are my favorite sides right now but there are lots to choose from. Only been there once when it was offer as a daily special but BBQ Cuban was fantastic. Recommend eating there vs take out. But either way, make it a regular stop and you will be happy.

A great meal can always be experienced at Edley's. My personal favorite is the dry rub wings platter. The wings are tender, juicy and not over spiced. Pare these with the grits casserole for a well balanced blend of heat. The beer selection always provides a range for IPA's to brown ales.

I placed a to go order and the young man helping me was so kind and offered me a drink while I waited on my order. They answered my questions and showed me the different options for family sized meals to go. I will definitely order again!

I stopped in and ordered the pulled chicken platter since they were sold out of turkey for the day. The chicken was moist and flavorful overall, though I wasn’t a fan of the drizzle on top, and the utensils placed directly on the saucy chicken wasn’t ideal.
The baked beans were excellent. The banana pudding was easily my favorite part of the meal, sweet with just the right texture. The cornbread was good too but a little spicy.
I also tried the “nachos,” which turned out to be loaded homemade potato chips instead of tortilla chips. Not bad, but not quite what I expected. (Not pictured)
Overall, a solid meal with some standout sides, though a few details could be improved for a better dining experience.

Placed a pick up order today. When I arrived a pleasant young lady asked my name and went to get the order. Meanwhile a young man came to take payment I gave him my gift cards he asked the young lady how to process them. She looked confused and walked away. Young man also walks away comes back states we can’t take these today I asked why he said internet wasn’t working ? I asked to speak to manager he said he told me I can’t take those. I said I need to speak to this manager. Middle age guy walks up says how can I help you ? I said I want to use my gift cards. His reply “we’re not taking those today”
I said why not ? He says “it’s not working”
I’m confused
No APOLOGY just terrible customer service he said you can use them tomorrow. I wasn’t sure how that was helping me today.
Thankfully I had a credit card to pay for my order.
I understand technology doesn’t always work but remarkably the credit cards were processing. Hmmnn….
I won’t be going back to that location again.
