**The first few times I've been to this location were great. I went inside, everyone was nice. My order was spot on.** Don't think about it, just go inside. The drive thru is not easier (but the staff is still very friendly!) Apparently, the drive thru is a black hole where everything gets lost or wrong. I always use mobile ordering, always get the same order. Once, there were ZERO flavor swirls and only very little milk in my macchiato (I double checked, they were on my tag). Thought it was a fluke, but still undrinkable til I stopped at a gas station to use their creamer. Drive thru the second time, waited almost 10 minutes, stuck between two vehicles. Macchiato was almost completely white, with only the two espresso shots on top. And a huge amount of ice and milk. No clue where the rest of it went. Will go inside first instead of waiting in drive thru only to have to park and go inside anyway to get my drink fixed.

I’ve been coming to the Dunkin location ever since it opened because it’s incredibly close to my house. I’m here almost every day, even though, to be honest, this location has had a rough road with management turnover and inconsistent staffing over it’s opening year. I’ve continued to support it largely out of convenience and loyalty. Customer experience matters, though, and today was disappointing. I ordered a coffee and asked for a glass of tap water and was told I would be charged for the water. That’s never happened to me before at this location, especially as a regular, and it honestly caught me off guard. If operating costs or supplies are that tight, it would make more sense to adjust menu prices rather than nickel-and-dime customers for something as basic as tap water. Small moments like this add up, and I hope management takes a closer look at consistency and guest experience, because this location has the potential to be much better.

The food is okay is definitely not worth the price but it's convenience that you're paying for I guess. The problem was when I went through the drive thru and was given a scanner to select the amount for a tip. I can't believe we've gotten to the point that they're expecting tips in a drive thru. I will tip waiters well at a restaurant when I've sat down and get continued service but this tipping culture has gotten way out of hand. When I selected "no tip" the cashier immediately got very cold and took a weirdly long time to hand me the food that was already right beside him. I'm so tired of this. I'm not going back.

Slowest service ever. Went in once and 2 employees just talking while holding my food before giving it to me

Horribly structured service. We went inside to skip the huge line of cars outside… we were first in line. Three employees were running around, but no one helped us… finally one said “the kiosk works, you can use that”… so we started to place our order for two premade doughnuts in the kiosk. About 15 seconds later that same employee came over and helped the guy behind us while we were still at the kiosk! That guy was in and out before us! We waited and waited and finally that same employee came over and asked what we were waiting on… it was RIDICULOUS. By the time we left the entire line of 8+ cars was cleared out, literally no one at the drive through. This is bad business and I don’t necessarily blame the employees, but more so the management because those employees were working hard, nonstop… they just didn’t have orders prioritized as they should have been. Very frustrating when you’re trying to make a quick stop for doughnuts for your child as a special treat before school starts.
