The employee at the drive thru window acknowledged what I said multiple times as well. So then proceeded to put more blueberry donuts in there than anything else. As if they did it on purpose.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Iced Latte with cream instead of whole milk. The man taking my order over the speaker made an extremely unprofessional and disgusting comment; something along the lines of, “you want to finish all of my cream?” Absolutely unacceptable. That kind of remark is not only disrespectful but completely out of line in a workplace setting. When we pulled up to pay for the order, there was a different young man who we expressed our dissatisfaction with and he said “sorry he was just trying to be funny.” We did not find this funny. We left feeling uncomfortable and shocked that an employee would speak to a customer like that. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior immediately.
