- PPpm1035Dec 18, 20251.0I’m done with this Dunkin’ location. Serving rock-hard, days-old stale bagels is disgusting and completely unacceptable. How can they think this is okay to give to customers? Does the health department even allow this? I’ll be reporting it to them and notifying corporate—assuming they actually care.

The blonde haired girl working the counter could use come customer service training. My wife and I went in earlier this morning…my wife says good morning twice and the girls looks at her likes she’s crazy. We ask questions to order and all we get is yes, no answers with an attitude. The guy in the back…GREAT!!! Girl in the front…get someone new.

- JJJ JayDec 2, 20251.0TERRIBLE! I pulled up to the drive thru for a nice hot cup of coffee around 7 pm night before Thanksgiving. I really needed it as I was out in the cold, delivering food. I only had a couple minutes to get My much looked forward to coffee. The guy shoved a portable card reader thru the window for me to pay. WHAT?! It was hard to see from the car and I've NEVER had a drive thru give me that thing! AWKWARD! All he was concerned about was getting a tip from me for my $3.39 (already overpriced!) coffee! WHY?! I just decided to pay cash! Easier cuz I couldn't read the stuff on the card reader thing anyway! ...THEN he tells me to pull to the next UNOCCUPIED window ! WHYYY?! Zero clear communication & what? No coffee?! I had to go! I ended up leaving after backing up to the first window where I found him talking on his cellphone !!! WTH??!! I had to drive off after having paid $3.39 FOR NOTHING!!!!! 😡
