    Stale, smashed donuts, stood in line for over 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged as a customer. The only thing that tasted halfway decent was the Loaded Hashbrowns and honestly, they were soggy and had to be mixed together to get the flavor right. At least the wi-fi was strong and the lobby, basically clean. It's a Dunkin' but definitely not a good one. Even the crew was asking each other "Who's half eaten donut?" Was behind the counter.

    I pulled up in dive thru and the person had a tone suggesting people should not bother her. I left. You dont want me spending here? I won't.

    I don’t expect much from a place like Dunkin BUT… the temp inside the store was hot enough on a cold day to actually bake cookies. We left with out food… eventually after getting it. We ordered a few basic things and it was just hard. The 2 coffees with cream came with half and half… literally half cream and half coffee. Wow! My daughter tried to order a few doughnuts and was asked by the staff if she saw the doughnut she liked in the case… it was odd and stand offish. The 2 sandwiches we waited :15 for… only to find them up on the counter sitting getting g cold with no notice. Not a great experience… maybe a better drive through location… at least they can’t waive you on.

    I’m done with this Dunkin’ location. Serving rock-hard, days-old stale bagels is disgusting and completely unacceptable. How can they think this is okay to give to customers? Does the health department even allow this? I’ll be reporting it to them and notifying corporate—assuming they actually care.

    Drive through was fast and the help was friendly. The coffee was mixed right and tasted great.
