  It took 15 MINUTES for 2 coffees and they didn’t even get one of them right. I get that it’s policy to serve the driveway first but there is no reason that 2 lattes take that long when there were a max of 2 cars. To make it worse, the workers had to nerve to act annoyed when I was still waiting after receiving one coffees and still took another 5 minutes to make the other after I had to practically tell them to do their job. Like I’m sorry that you would rather be chatting with your friends but girl has places to be and needs her coffee.

  Walk into the store and it wasn’t busy at all, maybe a few people in the drive through. We order everything is fine. We wait 10 minutes for one coffee, mind you they get the order wrong. Then we’re waiting for one more coffee, and we have to go up to the workers and practically tell them to make a coffee. Make that make sense? We wait another 5 minutes until the front desk worker had to practically tell them to finish the coffee. Total time it took 15 minutes for two coffees, one order being wrong.

  It's a chain, you can expect what you will and never disappoint. This one has the Baskin Robbins inside, so I take my kids here for treats occasionally. I like the staff, who are always friendly, and never get stuck with a large crowd.

  I ordered two drinks from my app. I get to the window and they tell me they are out one of the drinks and the other they are out of the ingredients to put in it. Then ask if I want something else. Why would I want something!! Then they offered me free donuts for my troubles . The donuts are valentine donuts. Valentine day was 3 days ago. The donuts were hard and old.

  If I could give them 0 start I would. I pulled up to the store on 8th of February at 6:15pm and as we were ordering through the drive though, someone else came on the mic and started SCREAMING LIKE A PSYCHO through the intercom. After we got to the window we let the lady know that it was super unprofessional and just dumb to be acting that way. After I got my coffee, they started screaming at us as we were leaving instead of saying goodbye like human being. They thought it was “funny” & “cute” which was super unprofessional. Everyone that was working tonight needs to be terminated. Super unprofessional behavior.
