  This was one of the most awful places I’ve been to in Franklin. First service was horrible and slow. We only ordered a taco and a burrito and it took them over 30 minutes to get it to us. There was a table of 8 people that had been waiting for an hour and a half. The taco was cold and nasty, chips were hard and awful. I took a peek and the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend this place and will never go back.

  So my friend had just had a stroke and two surgeries prior to this visit, couple weeks before. Now in some nursery home! So I asked staff if we could do dinner and a movie anything to get her out to try enjoying herself on her special day. We decided on Condado tacos bc we've never been and thought why not. We walk through and we're waiting to be seated for quite some time. So I just tell her to go ahead and sit down somewhere being she now walks with a limp. Just as she's about to sit, the waiter came to sit us and take care of us I assumed. He waited for us to order to start naming things they're out of with this huge grin on his face. He's a pretty boy with curls, I forget his name. So after we ordered what was left of the menu he goes off to get my drink, mind you she ordered hers first and he forgets all about her drink. When I go up to go tell him bc he hasn't checked on us since we received our food for me to tell him. So I walk over and he's sitting on his phone, I should've snap a photo for proof. Anyway I approached him and said how are you going to forget the birthday girl drink? He says oh, she wanted a drink? I said yes we figured out what she was having before me, I'm the one had trouble deciding, she decided on hers before me and he stills forgets. I had to ask him was he okay bc he kept forgetting what we would discuss. We almost walked out bc he never checked on us after we ordered the food, hell I didn't think he was coming back. I even asked him if they did anything for first timers on their birthday and he was like we don't do anything we're pretty tight on everything rn he wasn't sure the restaurant would be standing much longer pretty much. It was the worst experience I've ever seen in a waiter.

  What a subpar experience! First the hostess told us we couldn’t be seated outside in gorgeous weather… then proceeded to seat multiple parties that arrived after us outside. Then we were not assigned a server until we asked. She was obviously being overworked, not enough servers to go around. We waited nearly an hour from start to when we got our food and the place was barely 3/4 full. We paid extra for shrimp on nachos and were given seven tiny shrimp total. All around us people were frustrated waiting for food and orders were delivered wrong or inadequate. I’m sure the server was doing her best in a stressful situation, it just felt like there was no adult supervision in a place run by inexperienced staff. It was a wasted night out only made better by the fact that it felt so ridiculous we couldn’t help but laugh.

  Was tasked with trying this place for a potential Data Analytics meeting, super excited great ambience.... Ordered at ~1 pm, got my food at 1:49 pm, walked to sit down and eat at 1:51 by Jeni's.... Food was cold, not prepared correctly, and tasted very bland. I do give restaurants a second visit, but having to wait my entire lunch break, with no updates, except, "your food is being made now" with an ETA of 10 mins from starting point.... Really wanted to like this place but it was not up to standard.

  Once again, Condados hits on all eight cylinders. Starting off with the Bacon Refried Beans mades for a wonderful and unique substitute for normal queso dip. It wasn't very elegant in appearance but good in taste. A very smooth and well blended dip, not all at what I had imagined from the menu. Next up, I had one of each an Ooey Gooey, Braised+Confused as well as the coup de grace, Purple Haze. Each taco was expertly constructed and had taste that stood out from one another. Every bite, of every Taco in every way was incredible. I could write paragraphs about the way the chorizo in the Purple Haze oozes out to mix with the red cabbage or how the dirty sauce kicks right in the tenderness of the chicken and the snap of black beans in the Ooey Gooey. Also, notable was the service. The waiter was attentive yet not overly clingy and polite. Add all this to a colorful room and a modern soundtrack, and prices worth the quality there is nothing more a customer could expect.
