We ordered a bowl which had hard rice in it and went to the counter to make them aware. The cashier had no idea what in the world I was saying. No wonder people are getting fed up with people are coming here that can’t speak English and you’re the jerk if you bring that up.

Was expecting to receive some pretty bad service especially around the night time but Carlos changed that perspective for me. He said hi to me and my coworker in the most welcoming way. Then got us our food in the most exceptional way possible he was so kind hearted and has such a sweet charm. Then he went out of his way to make our night after the store manager treated my coworker and served her the most smallest portions possible that even a starving kid would still be hungry. Carlos should be promoted to the highest possible Role because he truly deserves. Chipotle should really reward workers like him!
