- HHHunter HubbardFeb 22, 20261.0this used to be my chipotle I would come to from high school when I went to Centennial. That was about 10 years ago now. It feels like every time I’m in there nowadays it’s always horribly filthy with smudged rice everywhere and different proteins and rice and things mixed in and mashed with each other. I get it. It’s allergy season. But the lady who scooped my food tonight started coughing really bad and proceeded to tell me it was because of blood clots in her lungs. Needless to say. It didn’t exactly leave me feeling super stoked to eat my food or all that hungry. I’m going to try to eat this considering I spent 20 bucks on it but here’s to praying my reliable high school spot won’t give me the black lung.

Be prepared if you ask for “more” of anything you will be charged extra. The last few times we noticed there was no line at 6PM which is odd. The Hispanic manager is condescending, rude, and in serious need of customer service training. Terrible attitude and not willing to correct any issue with your food or order. There are much better food options in Cool Springs, and we will not be returning again.

Sad that this brand new location is so bad. I’m about done with Chipotles over priced rice and bean bowls with almost no protein. Service was chaotic at best.
