From the moment I walked in, he had a great attitude, was super welcoming, and moved with the perfect mix of speed and attention to detail. He built my bowl exactly how I wanted it and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. CAVA needs more people like Jovany — he turned a regular meal into a genuinely great experience. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for him!

I had a bowl that was supposed to be extra falafel added +$4. i didnt get any. Not sure what happened, but it was missing. I believe everyone else's order was correct. We had 6 total orders in this for the office.

He was so rude and not putting even a scoop of chicken. My bowl is not even half full! He would not grab the refills below. Worst service. Worst attitude. Will not get food again here if he is working. Awful. And for 15 dollars…..
- SSShay SunderlandNov 13, 20251.0I was in the Franklin Cava for lunch and the service was terrible, I asked for some falafel one of the servers with a bright blue eye shadow screamed loudly in anger that it is going to be an extra charge. It is fine to notify the customer of the extra charge but you don't have to be ugly about it. I was served the bottom shred of the chicken that was half of a scoop because they were out. I am disappointed and will never go back again. When serving food customer experience matters and apparently this branch needs some customer service training. It was a terrible experience. One star is too many
- DFDebbie ForteOct 31, 20251.0SO disappointed and mad! Today was my first visit to Cava. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma bowl and was told they did not know what that was. What?! Trying to talk to the employee was impossible because he did NOT speak any ENGLISH. He just threw whatever he wanted into a bowl and handed it to me. Ordered Cinnamon Sugar pita chips and he tried to give me PLAIN pita chips...until a co-worker stopped him and told him what to give me. I received NO bag. Had to ride home with a container of honey, bag of pita chips and a bowl on the car seat. When I opened the bowl at home I immediately noticed it looked NOTHING like what I had ordered or the picture on their website. It was a half-full bowl of rice and arugula with a few tiny pieces of chicken and OLIVES...which aren't even suppose to be in there! NO DRESSING. NO HUMUS! No corn. No broccoli. No avocado. No soft pita bread. NOTHING that was suppose to be in the bowl was in there! It tasted awful! I tried to call the manager and every time my call was disconnected. You cannot reach a live person. I paid more than $20 for this crap! I feel like I have been ripped off! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER and have a Supervisor watching what they are doing...especially since they can't speak ENGLISH! Consider yourselves warned!
