    The worst experience I’ve had at a CAVA. None of the workers speak English well or not at all! They speak to each other in their native language. Simple requests and questions get a complete look of bewilderment because the non-English speaking workers do not understand English. Guess what, I cannot understand them either! This is frustrating! I suggest you go somewhere else! The portion sizes are horrible compared to other locations. The positive 5-star reviews praising the name of employees are absolutely fake! It’s ridiculous! I dined in and I can hear the employees arguing loudly!! I will NEVER be back! Do yourself a favor & skip this location!

    I used to really love cava, but it seems like over the past 6 to 8 months it has changed significantly. I don’t know if it’s new management, but I do know the staff that was there about a year ago was really pleasant very professional and it seems like the last Nine months of the staff has changed entirely. It seems to be mostly international workers who are very rude, indifferent and had a generally poor attitude. It is not the pleasant experience it once was. In addition without question, the specialty drinks were absolutely watered down the last three times I was there. It’s making it very difficult to go back. I would say the overall experience quality of food went from a 4.5 to about a 3.0 and declining.

    The service was disappointing. Jovany, who prepared our bowl, seemed rushed and didn’t ask about our preferred dressing before closing the lid. When we tried to clarify, he spoke over us instead of listening and it was rude. It left us feeling a bit disheartened, especially given how good the food was otherwise.

    My kids and I just had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this Cava restaurant. The staff was very unfriendly and untrained, they did not greet us when we went to the counter and when we told them we had never been there before, they gave no reply so we placed our orders only to be handed back the instruction card as to how it is made and we just shrugged our shoulders, they seemed irritated and slopped our order together. We really wanted to leave at that point but thought we would give the food a try and when they rang us out, they didn’t even say thank you or anything and did not give us water cups after we asked and refused to make eye contact. The food was terrible and the experience made us feel very un-welcomed, needless to say we will never be back.

    ⚠️ Review: Systemic Operational Failures and Poor Accuracy This is easily the most disappointing Cava location I have used. They demonstrate a consistent and unacceptable failure to fulfill orders correctly, especially through delivery. Repeated Delivery Errors Despite being the closest location to my workplace, I can no longer rely on them for lunch. Every time I place a delivery order, they get it wrong. This isn't a one-off mistake; this is a pattern of poor accuracy that needs immediate attention. Detail of Today's Failure Today’s experience highlighted the systemic issues. Although the receipt on my bowl was correct—a half-lamb and steak grains bowl—the contents were completely wrong. I received a chicken and greens base with items I did not ask for, including olives (which I do not eat), feta and multiple items I never requested. When I took the time to return to the location, another customer came in with the exact same issue regarding their incorrect order. While staff attempted to correct my bowl, they still made basic errors: 1. ​I ordered pita bread and received a smaller, side pita. ​2. I requested two balsamic vinaigrettes. One was full; the other was barely filled. When I asked the staff member to top off the partially filled dressing, he deliberately added a completely different dressing to the cup. This indifference to accuracy and quality is deeply concerning. After pointing out the mistake, the staff member had the nerve to ask, "Is that all?" I was left completely incredulous. ​Both the other customer and I agreed that we will never return to this location. The errors extend far beyond simple oversight and reflect a failure in basic operational standards. This location needs an immediate operational review.
