  We attended a wine dinner, which was so delicious from appetizer to dessert. And the wine pairing was spot on. Our server Jessica was engaging, courteous with a smile and very attentive which only added to the total experience. It was a great evening.

  We chose Bonefish Grill for our wedding anniversary dinner because we love seafood and also gluten free options. Our choices were the Cod Imperial and broiled oysters, followed by a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The highlight, however was the outstanding attention from our server, Ryan B., who provided a high level of customer service. Thank you Ryan, and thank you Bonefish Grill.

  We just had the most enjoyable dinner at Bonefish Grill. The menu was fantastic and the service was exemplary. We were fortunate to have Ryan B. as our server. Since I have food allergies and intolerances, Ryan ensured that whatever I ordered would be safe for me, even bringing out the kitchen manager to discuss those items that I could not eat. Ryan was warm, attentive and sincere in his interaction with him. Each time he came by our table, I told my husband that he sure had the right job for his personality!

  If you've never had Bonefish before - it is wonderful and consistent. We also had the best server on our last visit - I wish I remembered her name. We received some of the most attentive service we have ever received anywhere. The fish and chips is great - crispy breading and good quality fish. The lump crab soup is delightful - creamy and rich with lots of crab. The bread is some of the best of any chain restaruant thanks to the oil and herbs.

  Bad, very very bad. Monday November 3rd 2025 2:34 pm, Bonefish Grill Cool Springs. 1 star for food. 5 stars for service. 3 stars atmosphere. 1 star overall rating. Server Matt S. I was expecting much more from this place. I ordered the bourbon salmon. How utterly disappointing! I nearly had a stroke when I saw the diminutive tiny little plate of food that was brought to me. Literally the dimensions of the plate were the length of my fork on one side and the length of the fork and one inch on the other side. It looked like a plate of food for a ten year old child, not a full grown man. The presentation was horrible, the food looked dull and dark, and the broccoli and the asparagus were both overcooked and soggy. What I should have done was gotten up and walked out when he brought the food to the table. Total cost $29.08!! I feel like I just got mugged. I should have listened to my gut instinct and gone over to The Eastern Peak off of Corrothers Blvd, they actually serve an entire full plate of good food there! It's no reflection on my server the tip of $0.00 that I left, it's a direct reflection of that tiny little plate of food that you served me. Gosh, i'm still hungry.I will need to eat again in another two hours! Whoever is managing this place is totally disconnected from reality, when it comes to serving good food to people at a good price. I do not recommend this place at all. Wish I had my money back!
