  Our first visit. Very impressed. Loved the clean, spacious, professional ambience of the restaurant and the presentation of the staff and dining tables. First impressions count, but our server ( Ryan B.) was genuinely pleasant and a credit both to himself and his employer. We both ordered fish (cod) and chips (fries) and they were preceded by a lovely piece of good quality bread with and herby olive oil dip. The fries were hot, fresh, deliciously crispy and perfectly seasoned. There were 3 generous portions of cod, each coated in tasty batter and the meat flaked on the fork exactly as it should. As an Englishman, I would have loved to have had a portion of mushy peas too, but that would be my only suggested enhancement. It was a thoroughly pleasurable dining experience, start to finish - and I congratulate all concerned. We'll be back.

  I ordered lobster stuffed shrimp, bowl of corn chowder, imperial dip and coconut pie. EVERY SINGLE hot food item tasted exactly the same! It all tasted like salt! No seafood flavors, you may as well put the whole thing in one pot and poured an entire shaker of salt in it! Except the soup..that had a sour taste. What pray tell is this coconut pie? A dry pile of coconut...no sauce no whipped cream...impossible to eat. Is it supposed to be cold or hot? It doesn't matter it's just a heap of dryness. Well you ruined my birthday dinner and I'm out 98.00 dollars from Uber eats. Thanks and I'm amazed at how far this restaurant has gone downhill. Lori Roney Oh great now I have food poisoning!   Tony and Ryan at Bonefish Grill made our business dinner incredible. They were on top of everything without hovering—drinks stayed full, food came out at the right pace, and they never interrupted the conversation. They listened to what our group liked and provided solid suggestions on drinks and entrées. You could tell they were paying attention to the details and actually cared that things went well, not just that plates got dropped off. They helped keep the whole night relaxed and easy so we could focus on the right things. It was exactly what we needed for a business dinner, and they honestly made the night.

  Absolutely amazing experience at this Cool Springs store. Our new server Keoni knew the menu extremely well, had the best drink and food recommendations, was very welcoming, and the perfect blend of professional and authentic. Great atmosphere, great scallops, incredible chocolate crème brûlée 🤌🕺

  12/27 @5:00, we had a lovely experience with James? B….in our favorite Bar booth! Our server was efficient and friendly, and funny! We got our favorite Bang-Bang shrimp + complementary bread (love the oil dip). Then, we tried the new Char-grilled oysters (needed more char, cooked a little more) and split the BFG Burger & fries- which was one of the better burgers we’ve had this year! I must mention the dirty martini’s with hand-stuffed blue cheese olives- a favorite HH drink that is always fabulous!
