- CJchris jonesMar 13, 20261.0Took forever and the coffee was no good and the staff seemed to be arguing amongst each other overall it was just a bad experience and I was not the only one there was like three people in the 15 to 20 minutes that I had to wait for one single coffee that came in and was complaining that their order took 25 minutes. How does a coffee order take that long? I literally never go out of my way to leave a negative review lol but I feel like I had to so hopefully this will get fixed

I get that it’s policy to serve the driveway first but there is no reason that 2 lattes take that long when there were a max of 2 cars. To make it worse, the workers had to nerve to act annoyed when I was still waiting after receiving one coffees and still took another 5 minutes to make the other after I had to practically tell them to do their job. Like I’m sorry that you would rather be chatting with your friends but girl has places to be and needs her coffee.

We wait 10 minutes for one coffee, mind you they get the order wrong. Then we’re waiting for one more coffee, and we have to go up to the workers and practically tell them to make a coffee. Make that make sense? We wait another 5 minutes until the front desk worker had to practically tell them to finish the coffee. Total time it took 15 minutes for two coffees, one order being wrong.
