Long wait times, frequently out of stock items etc. Today there was an employee so sick she could barely talk - no mask. When I asked if she was sick she replied yes. Not sure if it was a tactic to upcharge me the $1 she charged me or not. However, not a place worth giving future business to.

The donuts are frequently stale—not “end of the day” stale, but clearly not fresh. It’s happened enough times that it no longer feels like bad luck. On top of that, when I order through the app, my order is wrong about half the time, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. I understand businesses trying to manage costs, but selling donuts that taste old is not acceptable—especially for a place literally known for donuts. I’ve given this location plenty of chances, and the freshness issue just doesn’t improve. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because right now this Dunkin’ is not living up to the brand.
