  Was excited that a location near my house was opening. The first day I went everything was great. But the last two times I have went my drinks have been made wrong either lacking the sugar I’ve asked for or the syrup. Today I went to pick up my mobile order and my coffee was made completely wrong, and had asked for a pup cup, an no one there could comprehend what a pup cup was until I had to tell them. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Dunkin. And please train your employees drink standard,

  How are you going to ask me what I want 5 times, for just 2 coffees and STILL mess up both of them when I'm literally the only customer? Every time I'm here something is wrong. I've worked at dunkin and it's the easiest job on the planet, staff is straight up incompetent.

  Very unorganized. Friendly staff but very hard to get out of parking lot.
