My go-to is a barbacoa rice bowl with cilantro-lime rice, medium salsa, extra cheese, fresh cilantro, and sour cream… and it hits every single time. The barbacoa is super flavorful and tender, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and when you mix in the creamy sour cream with the little kick from the medium salsa—chef’s kiss. And don’t even get me started on the cheese… I always ask for a little extra because it just pulls everything together. It’s one of those meals that’s consistent, filling, and genuinely something I crave. Chipotle really did their thing with this combo. 10/10, no notes.

The food really fuels a really good night to taking care of patients. I would say it’s one of the best chipotles’s around. I really love this restaurant because it stays open till 11 but they decided to close 10 minutes early, which is the only 10 minutes that I usually can come get something to eat due to the pace at work.

It feels like every time I’m in there nowadays it’s always horribly filthy with smudged rice everywhere and different proteins and rice and things mixed in and mashed with each other. I get it. It’s allergy season. But the lady who scooped my food tonight started coughing really bad and proceeded to tell me it was because of blood clots in her lungs. Needless to say. It didn’t exactly leave me feeling super stoked to eat my food or all that hungry. I’m going to try to eat this considering I spent 20 bucks on it but here’s to praying my reliable high school spot won’t give me the black lung.
