- JSJess SmithMar 8, 20261.0I’m a regular customer and get a large Carmel cappy blast and I will not be back to this location. I advise you to do the same. Bad attitudes, horrible customer service, and no accountability from management, my drink has been made wrong so many times that I’m tired of it. I recommend baskin robins in Lebanon or mufresboro they are the best locations that make sure your order is right and appreciate your business and value you. Not here! Today they were putting cinnamon on my drink and it doesn’t even belong on this drink and than tries to scrape it off. Thought it was funny when I raise my voice and told her to remake it due to a food allergy. They will not be laughing when someone gets sick or made die than they will be in a big lawsuit. Food allergies are to be taken seriously but they don’t at this location. She than gets an attitude with me and said I’m lucky that she made it and not to disrespect her. She needs an attitude adjustment and to be fired. I pay you 8.99 a day and you can’t make my drink right. That’s a lot of money to waste and nobody would be happy with this or tolerate this behavior. I will not tolerate it either! Don’t come here or waste your money for this dump!

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
