I had to wait about 15 minutes because the drive thru was lined up to the entrance but it was more than worth the wait. So glad we have a Wendy’s in Fayetteville now!

The service was the main thing, the first time they didn't care to make the double stack and gave me a single the second time they only wished to flirt with the local police and completely ignored my receipts and didn't offer any help. The last restaurant in this location closed due to atrocious cs. I just hope the owners see this and replaces a few workers for those that Care. Right next door is waffle House and I received excellent cs there 💯 , I prefer Wendy's but with lil girls flirting with 12 rather than helping customers I'll pay the extra. Value would be better but if I get treated differently for not wearing a uniform I'll go to waffle House nextdoor and get a better product even if I must pay more. Dear owner watch your employees at night and evening as they are rude and can cause your business to close like hwy55 or 53 can't re the name only the rude hateful and incompetent service

But I ordered a baconator meal and a Asiago meal with no lettuce and no tomato and a 10 pcs chicken nugget. $31.00 I was at the counter and the tall young man asked me what I ordered so I told him. He said it was all there and good to go. So I drive 15 min home and to my surprise when we checked our order we had a plain chicken sandwich with ranch no cheese or bacon. The other sandwich was a small plain kids cheeseburger not the baconator, 2 French fries and the 10 nuggets. So we got about $12 worth of food for $31.00 and no phone number to call them to let them know they messed our order up. So sad. What’s up with customer service?

Stared into space until manager Jeff took over. Repeated order to him twice,he then tried ringing it up 3 times and with all seriousness looked me dead in the eye and said total is $19.16. $7.49 burger and $2.99 fries. REALLY PPL ? Since this is not rocket science I did not ask to see a NASA card. Walked out while 8 employees huddled around work stations not getting orders out.
