  The manager is really a piece of work I’ve watched him get attitudes with the girls who work in there several times. In the mornings they take forever to get you through the drive thru even if there’s only one car in front of you and the inside is empty. If people are coming through in the morning it’s like there’s no sense of urgency guess I’ll have to find a new place to grab coffee in the mornings because they’ve almost made me late several times.

  I came here at 7:35aPM to get some donuts, I was told there was none. Haha, a donut less donut shop. What a waste of time.

  CONFERENCE ROOM ! I will be back ! I use Dunkin as my office hub in southern Tennessee and northern Alabama. Of course coffee was great! The ladies here made this place inviting. So thankful

  As others have stated, service is always incredibly slow. With a line of a few cars, waits are almost always 10 minutes. Not to mention the drinks come out as if there was a gallon of sugar dumped in them. This doesn’t reflect a typical Dunkin store. Staff is usually nice so that’s the reason for two stars, but drinks definitely need quality control

  Ordered one hot coffee and one cold which was supposed to be regular with granulated sugar because I have an intolerance to liquid sugar. When we got to the window they tried handing me a black iced coffee. I said that was supposed to be regular. They looked extremely confused. I think they were trying to tell me that was a regular coffee. Will supposedly they fixed it. Got down the road and it had liquid sugar. Ugh. Got an old fashioned donut that was a good as I remembered as a kid, so there was a plus there. Sad to see how far down hill this company has gone in 30 years just to be on every corner. I grew up on dd and lived near the original, this is just so sad
