  I came here order my food now the line was backed up which is the normal but they were quick. But how do you get 2 different prices from a machine that tells you how much the order is. My order came out at 7.23 at the drive thru but when I came to the window they say my order was 11 and some change. I just felt like the employee was trying to pocket change and think I wouldnt catch on.

  It is an absolute shame that not one child was spotted working there these are all fully grown adults at least 30 and up and I order and egg and cheese biscuit and a caramel frappe very simple. The super impressive part is when the biscuit comes out incorrectly. And I knew it would happen when my order wasnt put where I could see it. So I unwrapped the sandwich in line just to hand it back. Only to pull off and find out that I was given a mocha frappe. This would be a lot easier for them if half of their staff spoke plain English in the middle of farragut tn. But like last time when i ask for 2 #9s that was to hard to translate. I have been disappointed at this location multiple times hoping its just a bad day but unfortunately not this staff clearly wasnt trained properly and they have the wrong people doing customer service when the perfectly English speaking young girl was sweeping the floor and could only go get the manager whom didnt understand me.. and i stuggled to be made sense of ... IN FARRAGUT TN ... if I was the owner id be embarrassed
