    Not sure when Wendy's changed the #6 Spicy Chicken taste profile, been 2+ years since I ordered one. It is shite.

    I had a very disappointing experience on Christmas Eve, shortly after landing. I arrived around 4:10 PM and went through the drive-thru. The employee who initially assisted me was extremely rude. When I politely asked for her name, she backed away and refused to respond, then had another employee finish the order. When I asked that employee for her name, she closed the drive-thru window in my face. For context, the first employee was wearing a red Christmas sweater. While placing our order, we made two changes before paying, and the drive-thru was not busy at the time. When we attempted to innocently update the order, she abruptly stated that we could no longer make changes—despite the fact that we had not yet paid and were respectful throughout the interaction. I understand that it can be frustrating when people change their orders but that still is no reason to treat a customer that way. Her tone and demeanor were unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of basic customer service during this visit was unacceptable—especially. I will be reaching out to corporate to address it.

    Its 6:20 pm on a Wednesday night. Its pouring and both doors are locked and no sign saying they are closed. I called and was told they couldn't put up signs because the printer is broken. I guess nobody there knows how to print!! Lost our business!!
