- JCJulie CarterOct 19, 20255.0I made a reservation last week for two bays today to celebrate my son’s birthday. When we arrived, we were given the bay numbers for the first floor. When we got to the bays, one was occupied with a group that had just extended their time for another hour. The employee that was cleaning when we walked up took me inside and said they would work it out. The manager came down to help. I wish I had gotten his name, because he was so kind! He moved us upstairs and told me he would discount our booking. Once we got settled, he came over to tell me he was comping an hour on one of the bays and then he extended our time for an additional 30 minutes. When I got our bill, he had also waived several of the membership fees for our party. All of the staff apologized several times for the mix up, and everyone made sure we were taken care of. I was impressed by how well they handled the situation. It was an excellent example of true customer service!
