My family was a walk in the wait time was 3-4 hours. We thought that was fine we could go eat and shop around and come back. This was at 3 pm the app gave a time of 645 that our bay would be ready! We checked the app multiple times to make sure our time didn’t change. We returned at 6:30 and was told it would be another 2-3 hours!!! Was told that priority members bumped us back! Keep in mind my app never changed time no one let us know that we had been bumped we waisted all afternoon waiting just to be told sorry it’s going to be longer! The least anyone could have done was text or update the time in the app
This is bad business if the app and the person up front give you a time frame it should be kept!

We had a great time at topgolf. It was our first time. It was cold but they had heaters and heated seats (you just had to know how to turn them on!😂) my only complaint was we ordered three of the same margaritas and one was clearly not the same. We sent it back and it still wasn't the same! Other than that it was amazing. The food was all great. Our waitress was super.

We've been here a few times and it's always a great experience! The food Is delicious - we really love the nachos and macaroni + cheese bites. They have heaters so you can still go and enjoy Top Golf during the winter months (& boy do those babies WORK!) All the servers we have had were also amazing. We will be coming back here soon!

If you are looking to throw a birthday party here, please DO NOT do it. I have thrown my sons past parties at Main Event, Sky Zone, All Bounce, and Imagination Station, which were all were amazing with zero complaints.
I will preface by saying I don't give bad reviews. However, I called the day after the party was over and spoke to the Operations Manager and told him of our experience, with a promise from a call back from the Sales manger in a day or two-which I never received. So hopefully you can learn from my mistake and book somewhere else.
I payed $865 for two hours for a youth party of 18 which included mini sliders, tator tots, and mini corn dogs. Like I said, I have thrown my child great parties and do not mind to spend the money, so long as we are treated with kind regard, which in this case and for that price- It didnt even come close:
1. Contract states you get your own party attendant-she was very overworked and had two parties to the right and left of us. I was told by a our salesmen and then by the manager that we were the only party she was supposed to have. We saw her about every 10-20 mins at first bringing 3-4 drinks at a time.
2. Contract states you get unlimited fountain drinks. The last children to receive the "unlimited" fountain drinks got them 45 after requested and after the party started. We also ended up asking if we could just get pitchers. Because everyones drinks ran dry and I dont mind at all to pour so the kids can continue to play and not get dehydrated. The MOD said no because its a health code risk? So they would just rather the kids not have anything to drink while they are playing. A few kids were able to get their 2nd refill in a togo cup on the way out.
3. Per the youth party contract I signed-We were supposed to get youth Calloway clubs-we never got them. We did not even get any kids clubs. They kids had to use the standard adult clubs. When I realized and asked about it the MOD said it was too late (45 mins into the party), that it would be an uncharge and he did not want a bunch of kids messing up his Calloway clubs.
4.Contract states the kids get take-home reusable cups, which no one got. I did not even see take home cups near or at the bays at all.
5. I was told and very encouraged by our salesman to tell parents that didnt want to completly leave their kids that they are more than welcome to get drinks or food at the bar up or downstairs. And since I reserved 3 bays there would not be enough room for parents- which is totally fine- its a drop off party anyway. Well the MOD comes up and tells me that he told the parents downstairs they can not order at the bars and had to order through our already swamped attendant. My husband stayed with our toddler downstairs anyway because there was literally NO ONE at the bar. So parents were either forced to leave, buy a bay, or stand around waiting over an hour upstairs to then take their food/drink to the bar downstairs. The manager then said he did not want to be a babysitter while parents got drunk downstairs. Mind you, this is a group of 11-13 year olds on a Sunday at 5:30. We had 6 chaperones watching the 3 bays. There were maybe 1 or 2 parents that were told to leave at an EMPTY downstairs bar when they sat down.
6. As I stated above, if adults did order food, it would take about an hour to get out, except for my mother-in-laws food. It took about 1 1/2 hours to get her food.
7. Our youth party was also put next to a party with a bunch of drunk adults. It was my fault that I did not ask us to be moved, but I do want to let other parents know about that when they book at a "kid-friendly" time on Sunday at Top Golf.
We used to LOVE Top Golf. My husband had a membership there and my son does 1st Tee sessions there. With that being said, with the way we were treated I can't imagine any of our family or anyone at the party coming back.
