  I tried to give this place another try after a recent poor experience. However, yesterday I ordered a drive through order online at 111pm and the order said the food would be ready at 131. I arrived at 130pm and was asked what my name was. I gave my name, both first and last, and was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up and was again asked by a female what was my name. I again gave both my first and last name. I was told they didn't have my order in their computer yet. She asked me if I was sure I placed the order for their store. I showed them my order on my phone. I waited for a few minutes. The female came to the window again and asked me what my name was again and was told they still didn't have my order yet. I told them I would leave the window and drive around so the people behind me didn't have to wait. I drove around and returned to the window and a male came to the window this time. He asked me my name and I told him my first and last name and showed him my order on my phone. I told him I gave the female my first and last name 2 times and showed it to her on my phone 2 times. Then he asked me if I ordered Door Dash? I said no, why would I be at your window if I ordered Door Dash? He asks me my name again. I gave him my first and last name again and showed him my order on my phone with my first and last name again. He says, "oh, your Tom, we have your order". Then he said "we don't have the type of bagels you ordered" and would have to pick different ones. Because I ordered speciality bagels I asked if I picked regular ones works there be a price difference? I was told no. That is not true, he lied.The "regular" bagels are cheaper. But rather than keep the line behind me waiting and ask for a refund, I accepted the regular bagels and left. I was really pissed off by this time. This place is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing and he lied. I don't recommend it at all!

  Great bagels and sandwiches, food was fresh and tasty, service was outstanding, we had and enjoyable visit, will return.

  I recently ordered the baker's dozen with shmear and asked for the bagels to be sliced. When I got the bagels at work, almost all of the bagels had not been sliced through and they also were not sliced properly. They were sliced part of the way through and one side was very thin and the other very thick. When you toast them the thin side burns and the thick side doesn't toast enough. I'm assuming the bagels are sliced in a machine, not by hand. Either the machine is broken or they are not being loaded properly. Please improve this process.

  Yet another issue. I have the flu and am physically unable to fix my son breakfast so I ordered via DoorDash. I ordered 2 bagels and a cinnamon roll. Nothing crazy. Why is the cinnamon roll not there?! I hate to keep leaving bad reviews but please get workers who actually care about doing a good job and check orders before marking them complete.

  very clearly a shift in management or ownership. new manager doesn’t seem to have a clue. staff always appears overworked and not enough support. over priced bagels with poor quality. new bagel shop down the street that will earn my business going forward. The link you are providing for complaints does not allow access to your location only the campus ones. Do better.
