There is no reason why I should be waiting 20-40 minutes for a bagel in the drive thru. That’s not even an exaggeration.. average time spent in drive thru is always 30 minutes unless you just happen to get lucky which would be an odd hour of the day. Always inconsistent, bagel is either too toasted or barely toasted. Too much shmear or hardly any. Vanilla cream cold brew is either perfect or half sweet cream where I feel like I’m drinking sweet milk. Workers don’t seem happy, no sense of morale. Also way too expensive to be waiting so long on inconsistent food and drinks. Family of 4 should expect to spend $40-$50 if getting food and drinks. Will stick with what I grew up on, Best Bagels down on Kingston pike.

But after waiting that long n pay for something we expect the CORRECT food. We order 1 bagel c.cheese, 1 bagel butter and Ham n Swiss on everything bagel. When we got home, we had ham n egg on plain bagel. Not happy as we all know there's a price difference in those to sandwiches but most of all not what we ordered. We clearly stated what we wanted n cashier even repeated it back to us. Maybe get another cashier up front on the weekends but more help taking orders is needed. Unsatisfied customers
