  You all have lost a customer I won’t be back to this location. I ordered from here twice a few weeks back. First order, farmhouse sandwich, came with no bacon. Never got my bacon or a remake because the app appeared to have changed the default of this sandwich to no meat and meat would have been extra or so I thought. They said a manager will contact me and I said okay. I order the maple house in drive thru (bc I wanted a sandwich WITH meat) after they said I can scan code to receive points on my app, comes out with no maple syrup, one egg rather than two and no possible way to receive those points (they checked). So all of that goes to waste (including my time). A manager contacts me, says he’ll make it right and send me a gift card in the mail. Two weeks later - nothing has come in the mail. So you can say buh-bye to my business. I was understanding of the whole situation and have been enjoying bros since 2019. This location is a no-go.

  Yet another issue. I have the flu and am physically unable to fix my son breakfast so I ordered via DoorDash. I ordered 2 bagels and a cinnamon roll. Nothing crazy. Why is the cinnamon roll not there?! I hate to keep leaving bad reviews but please get workers who actually care about doing a good job and check orders before marking them complete.

  very clearly a shift in management or ownership. new manager doesn’t seem to have a clue. staff always appears overworked and not enough support. over priced bagels with poor quality. new bagel shop down the street that will earn my business going forward. The link you are providing for complaints does not allow access to your location only the campus ones. Do better.

  Seems like they went through a change of management and it looks like it’s starting to run itself into the ground. There is no reason why I should be waiting 20-40 minutes for a bagel in the drive thru. That’s not even an exaggeration.. average time spent in drive thru is always 30 minutes unless you just happen to get lucky which would be an odd hour of the day. Always inconsistent, bagel is either too toasted or barely toasted. Too much shmear or hardly any. Vanilla cream cold brew is either perfect or half sweet cream where I feel like I’m drinking sweet milk. Workers don’t seem happy, no sense of morale. Also way too expensive to be waiting so long on inconsistent food and drinks. Family of 4 should expect to spend $40-$50 if getting food and drinks. Will stick with what I grew up on, Best Bagels down on Kingston pike.

  Every worker there looks like they hate their job and it takes 30+ minute for a single bagel. The wait isn’t worth it anymore
